Ways to get involved

There are many ways we can work together, what will our relationship with your company look like? Take a look at some ideas below:

  • Charity of Choice - Really get to know DEBRA by building a long term relationship together by a multi-layered approach
  • Company Donation - Many companies choose to make regular donations to support our work, this is invaluable as it gives us a secure stream of regular income
  • Team Building - Take on the retail challenge in teams! Take over two or more of our charity shops for the day and see who can raise the most money
  • Volunteering / Pro Bono work - Volunteer at one of our events or offer your business skills to support our staff
  • Cause Related Marketing - CRM could help boost your sales as well as support our work
  • Sponsorship - We have many opportunities throughout the year a range of packages to choose from. All our packages offer your company PR opportunities
  • Employee Fundraising - Cake sales, wear it purple days, take on a challenge event, there are lots of ways to get your employees engaged in fundraising 
  • Give As You Live - A free platform to raise money just by shopping online - we can work with you to get a bespoke company page set up
  • Auction Prizes - We are always grateful for prizes which we can auction at our events
  • Payroll Giving - If you are an employee and would like to sign up for payroll giving then please contact your company’s payroll department and ask for the relevant form – you will need to give our charity name, address, charity number and our Give As You Earn registration number: DEBRA, 13 Wellington Business Park, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 6LS Registered Charity Number in England and Wales is 1084958 and in Scotland SC039654 Give As You Earn registration number: 11000001418As an employer, it is easy and inexpensive to set up a payroll giving scheme. Payroll giving allows your employees to make regular donations to charity through their payroll and shows that you care about the causes that are important to them. To set up a payroll giving scheme for your workforce all you need to do is sign up with an approved agency such as Charities Aid Foundation or Workplace Giving UK.
