Located next to Ham Common Nature Reserve, this holiday home is great for anyone looking for a seaside getaway with nature on your doorstep. With its very own sailing school and water sports centre, as well as indoor and outdoor pools linked by a SplashZone, there is plenty of excitement waiting for you.

Prices

All homes are charged on a weekly rate during low and high seasons (formerly off peak and peak seasons). If you are staying in a home for less than this time during low season, you will be charged a pro-rata rate with a minimum charge of £200. A deposit of £75 is required to confirm your booking. Final balance of your stay is due no less than 8 weeks before your holiday.

There may be additional charges for some services and activities, so please check before you book.

You may have noticed our prices have increased; however, we still provide a very generous discount for our members of at least 50% and up to 70% of the market rate depending on the time of year. We have also developed a special DEBRA holiday home grant to decrease the cost further for those on a low income and ensure respite breaks are accessible to all our members. Our Community Support Team can also help you to create a budget for your holiday.
