Set amongst 300 acres of woodland and rare open heathland in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Kelling Heath is our largest holiday home. It is very close to the North Norfolk coastline at Weybourne, making it the perfect location for both nature lovers and those who like to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach.

The park has a Green Award for Tourism and Environmental Management and a number of David Bellamy Gold Conservation Awards. Also, a stargazer's paradise, the park is a designated dark site (recognised by the Stargazing Society) where you can take in views of the Milky Way and other notable night sky wonders.

Kelling Heath boasts plenty of on-site amenities; from tennis courts to a relaxing spa and is only a short walk or drive to other notable destinations, including both pebble and sandy beaches and museums. You can also enjoy a 10-mile steam train journey on the historic North Norfolk Railway, which has a stopping point inside the park.

It gives us the opportunity to have a family holiday at a very nice location and at an affordable price.

Prices

All homes are charged on a weekly rate during low and high seasons (formerly off peak and peak seasons). If you are staying in a home for less than this time during low season, you will be charged a pro-rata rate with a minimum charge of £200. A deposit of £75 is required to confirm your booking. Final balance of your stay is due no less than 8 weeks before your holiday.

You may have noticed our prices have increased; however, we still provide a very generous discount for our members of at least 50% and up to 70% of the market rate depending on the time of year. We have also developed a special DEBRA holiday home grant to decrease the cost further for those on a low income and ensure respite breaks are accessible to all our members. Our Community Support Team can also help you to create a budget for your holiday.
