Group of runners run through a park. Join #TeamDEBRA for Macclesfield Running Festival. Hosted in collaboration with Macclesfield Harriers and previously known as ‘Run Macc Fest’, Macclesfield Running Festival 5k, 10k & Half Marathon returns next October!

You will enjoy a fully road closed half marathon, 10k and 5k races, starting and finishing in the historic town of Macclesfield and heading out into the Cheshire countryside.

This picturesque race is made even more popular by live performances from local bands, aid stations and communities of cheering spectators including the support of Macclesfield Harriers AC.

By joining #TeamDEBRA, you can help DEBRA to provide care and support to people living with the painful genetic skin condition, EB, and fund research into future treatments.

We will support you from the moment you sign up through to when you cross the finish line and beyond. Fundraising materials, a DEBRA running vest and continued encouragement will all be sent your way as you join #TeamDEBRA.
