The Brothers Trust special EB screening

Back in December, The Brothers Trust invited DEBRA Members to a very special screening of the new Disney film, Spies in Disguise.

The screening offered a chance for the EB Community to attend a private screening and Q&A session in London, with star Tom Holland, alongside families from Momentum, Make a Wish, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Alex’s Wish.

“It was brilliant. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen her so happy!” – EB Parent

The event allowed those living with epidermolysis bullosa (EB) and their families a fun day away from the daily challenges that living with EB brings. Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a group of genetic skin conditions that cause the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch.

The Brothers Trust have shown enormous support for DEBRA, from getting involved with the #FightEB campaign, auctioning off special photographs by James Dunn, hosting a private screening of Spider-Man Far From Home to selling their own limited edition t-shirts to kick off the second year of the #FightEB campaign, which so far has raised £101,202.58.

We are very grateful for all their support which enables us to provide care and support to the EB Community and fund pioneering research for symptom alleviation and ultimately a cure for this painful and debilitating condition.
