If you are unhappy with the way your claim has been handled (e.g. long delays or lost forms rather than the decision made), you should contact the PIP enquiry line:

If you are not satisfied with their response, you will be asked if you want your complaint to be sent to a Complaint Resolution Manager; your complaint should be reviewed within 15 working days.

If you are still unhappy, you can ask for an Independent Case Examiner to review your case and complaint. This service is free of charge and impartial.
