We are committed to ensuring that we can attract and retain a talented executive team with the skills and experience required to fulfil our objectives.

Our vision is a world where no one suffers with epidermolysis bullosa (EB). Our mission is to provide lifelong care, while seeking cures, for all those affected/impacted by living with EB.

We believe that effective leadership is an essential part of an organisation’s strategy to deliver its vision and mission.

A competitive remuneration package is one element of our employee proposition that underpins our talent strategy and gives us the ability to select and maintain a leadership team that we believe will add significant value to DEBRA and its members.
