DEBRA UK support grants
DEBRA offer a variety of support grants aimed at enriching the lives of the EB community. These include:
- Emergency funding and essential requirements grant
- Hospital in-patient nightly allowance grant
- Attendance at DEBRA activities and events grant
- Special DEBRA holiday home grant
Thanks to kind donations from people like you, we’ve been able to increase the amount of grants provided to the EB community year-on-year. This extra support is making a huge difference to the everyday lives of people living with EB, providing them with essential items. However, the demand for financial help continues to grow. This is why we urgently need your support. Every donation helps more EB individuals and families who are struggling to afford the costs of cooling items.
Information and enquiries helpline
Our EB Community Support Team information and enquiries helpline offers support to anyone affected by EB. The team are on hand to answer questions and signpost those living with EB to further support. You can call 01344 577689 and lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Together, we can make sure families like Heather’s are equipped to face the summer heat – without fear of every step causing pain.
