Your donation will be sent to one of our stores. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers will carefully sort through the items and determine the best place for selling, whether that be the DEBRA Online Shop, DEBRA eBay store, or our high street stores.
Your donation will then be unpacked and undergo a quality check. Where possible, we will recycle any items that are unsuitable for sale.
DEBRA covers the postage costs through our partner DPD, allowing you to send your donations to us for free.
The funds raised from your generous donations make it worthwhile for us to cover these postage expenses.
With over 1000s of drop-off points across the UK open seven days a week, donating your items is incredibly easy. Use the store locator to find your nearest drop off point.
Once you complete the form, you’ll receive an email with a barcode. Download the barcode to your phone and take it to a drop-off point. They can scan it and print a label for your donation.
Labels are valid for 10 days from the time that you create them. Don’t worry if you don’t use it within that time – just generate another one! DEBRA is not charged for unused labels.
