Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun, teamwork, and friendly competition at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre, located in the heart of London’s Docklands. This award-winning venue offers stunning views from the upstairs bar and excellent wet facilities downstairs—perfect for a day on the water! Following our inaugural Dragon Boat Race in 2026, we’re looking forward to returning for more fun on the water in 2027!
What to Expect:
- Dragon Boat Racing – A thrilling, team-building experience with a competitive edge. No training required—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
- Team Size – 8 paddlers plus a drummer
- Race Format – Minimum of 2 heats per team, followed by the grand finale
- Food & Fun – BBQ included with team registration, bar open until 11pm
- Entertainment – Music and live race commentary throughout the event
- Extras – Raffle and prizes for:
- Best dressed team
- Most fundraising by a team
- Spectators Welcome – BBQ available for purchase
