Located within one of Haven’s flagship five-star parks, this modern holiday home is perfectly placed to enjoy the best of the Devon coast. From the comfort of the home or out on the spacious veranda with outdoor seating, you’ll find breath-taking sea views and fresh coastal air all around you.
Devon Cliffs offers a fantastic mix of relaxation and adventure, with a wide range of facilities and attractions on site
The park’s terrain is naturally hilly, so many guests choose to use their car to attend facilities – it’s a 2-minute drive. There’s parking, including blue badge spaces right next to the main complex, making it convenient if you choose to drive or need to drop off anyone in your group.
Dogs are not allowed in this holiday home. This is to protect members who have pet allergies. Dogs are however permitted in our Weymouth Red and Brynteg holiday homes.

Checklist of items to take with you
To help make the most of your stay we suggest bringing the following items with you as these are not provided in the holiday home:
- Bed linen for however many beds you’ll be using during your stay including bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases
- Tea towels, kitchen roll and bin bags
- Dishwasher tablets and/or washing-up utensils
- Washing tablets
- Toilet roll
Prices & Bookings
All DEBRA UK holiday homes are available at heavily discounted rates for members, which can be up to 75% lower than the market rate. They are charged on a weekly rate during both low and high seasons. If you stay for less than a week during low season, you will be charged a pro-rata rate with a minimum charge of £200.
- Low Season: £360
- High Season: £660
A deposit of £75 is required to confirm your booking and the final balance of your stay is due no less than 8 weeks before your holiday.
Please note there may be additional charges for some of the services and activities offered within the holiday park that you are staying at. We recommend that you check before you book.

DEBRA UK members can book a stay in one of our holiday homes at a heavily discount rate, however even with this discount we understand that a holiday can be a big expense and so for individuals and families on low incomes we offer DEBRA UK holiday home grants which can help reduce the cost further.

Accessibility:
There is ramp access to the home, but the property is not fully wheelchair accessible inside. For those who require access throughout, we’d recommend Weymouth White out of our fleet.

Accessibility:
Is the park wheelchair friendly: The Devon Cliffs holiday park is located on hilly terrain which may prove challenging to wheelchair users without assistance. The park can provide a manual runner hoist, but please check availability with the park first. Other hoists are available from Nationwide Hoist on 01614 296000. Wheelchairs are available to hire from Living and Lifestyle Mobility on 01395 260075.
Access to facilities: There are wheelchair accessible facilities and bathrooms within the leisure and entertainment complexes as well as a lift available to the first floor.
Swimming pool and Changing area: There is a designated toilet and changing area for disabled guests.
Access to sea/beach: * There’s direct on-park access via a very steep slope. Local beaches have easier access.
