DEBRA Members’ Weekend will be returning to Drayton Manor Resort in 2026, taking place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May.

Members’ Weekend is a great opportunity to connect, share and inspire each other. You’ll be able to meet other members of the EB community, living and working with all types of EB and of all ages. There will be informal discussions with different experts, practical workshops and information zones, plenty of food and refreshments, and a wide range of activities and fun for all the family.
Places fill up fast, especially for the subsidised evening and overnight stay, so please apply as soon as possible. Keep an eye on this webpage, our social media, and our emails for more updates about the event.

Saturday daytime

Saturday evening
- Evening drinks reception, dinner and entertainment.
- Overnight accommodation and breakfast.
Sunday activity
- Entry to the resort’s theme park and zoo.
- If you don’t already have an easy access pass, passes can be applied for through Nimbus Disability. You can apply in advance here. Access passes are also able to be used in other attractions such as the theme park.
Pricing
You will select one of the following options:
Option 1: Saturday daytime event only (£10.00 per adult, no charge for children).
Option 2: Saturday daytime + Saturday evening event and overnight accommodation (£60.00 per adult, £15.00 per child, no charge for babies or toddlers).
Option 3: Saturday daytime + Saturday evening events + theme park tickets (£70.00 per adult, £25.00 per child, no charge for babies or toddlers).
There is also an additional Friday night stay and meal option: £60.00 per adult, £15.00 per child, no charge for babies or toddlers. Terms and conditions apply.
DEBRA pays for all the costs of Members’ Weekend, and due to prices involved increasing and the number of members attending each year increasing, we have had to make the decision to introduce the £10.00 Saturday daytime price for adults and increase the cost for the evening event. This allows us to keep delivering an event that offers everything you love about Members’ Weekend. We have kept these prices as low as we can for 2026.

Who can attend?
You must be a DEBRA UK member to attend the event. It’s easy to become a member for free so you can join events like this and access all our member benefits and support services.
Please note: All members are welcome to attend the daytime Members’ Day event on Saturday (subject to venue capacity). However, a maximum number applies for the Saturday evening event, which includes dinner and overnight accommodation (eligibility criteria applies).
