Members’ Weekend is a great opportunity to connect, share and inspire each other. You’ll be able to meet other members of the EB community, living and working with all types of EB and of all ages. There will be talks, discussions, practical workshops and information zones, plenty of food and refreshments, and a wide range of activities and fun for all ages.
The booking period for Members’ Weekend 2025 has now closed and we’re assigning places. You can still apply though if you would like to be added to a waitlist.

Saturday daytime
FREE for all DEBRA UK Members.
- Join talks, discussions and workshops.

- And plenty of food and refreshments!
Saturday evening (terms and conditions apply)
The optional Saturday evening event is £40.00 per adult (18+); £10:00 for children and young people aged 3 to 17; and free for children 0 to 2 years of age on the day of the event.
- Evening drinks reception, dinner and disco.
- Overnight accommodation and breakfast.
Sunday activity
The optional Sunday activity is £10.00 per person aged 3+.
- Entry to the resort’s theme park and zoo.
- If you don’t already have an easy access pass, passes can be applied for through Nimbus Disability. You can apply in advance here. Access passes are also able to be used in other attractions such as the theme park.
Who can attend?
You must be a DEBRA UK member to attend the event. It’s easy to become a member for free so you can join events like this and access all our member benefits and support services.
Please note: All members are welcome to attend the daytime Members’ Day event on Saturday (subject to venue capacity). However, a maximum number applies for the Saturday evening event, which includes dinner and overnight accommodation (eligibility criteria applies). Financial assistance may be available to those members who need it to attend the event – please visit our support grants page or contact membership@debra.org.uk.
Facebook group
We’ve created a Facebook group for attendees of Members’ Weekend 2025. The aim of this group is to give members a place to connect with each other before the event, have a chat, share your plans and thoughts about the weekend, and share photos with each other while you’re there.
