DEBRA 'House Clearance' shop now open!

On Friday 6 February at 11.30am Ann Coffey MP officially opened the new DEBRA 'House Clearance' shop at 134/138 Buxton Road in Heaviley (SK2 6PL).

The new and inviting 'House Clearance' shop on Buxton Road specialises in selling good quality furniture and offers a house clearance service, together with a drive in, drop off point for furniture and household goods.

Ann Coffey, MP for Stockport, was joined at the opening by DEBRA Director of Retail Maureen Nickson and Regional Fundraising Manager Tony Eckersall.

Area Manager Pat Kilgallon-Birch said: "We are delighted that Ann Coffey MP took time out of her busy schedule to officially open our new shop, which will trade seven days a week.

I'd like to thank the local community for supporting our appeal for donated goods. We are always looking for good quality items to sell in our shops and offer a FREE furniture collection service. Please call the shop on 0161 456 8283 for your free furniture collection, or to enquire about our house clearance service."

Our new house clearance shop is supported by a team of fantastic volunteers, and we are always on the lookout for more! If you would like to find out more about volunteering with us please pop into the shop or visit www.debra.org.uk.
