What you need to know about the next skin graft trials

We can confirm that researcher Michele De Luca and his team, who successfully reconstructed a fully functional outer skin – or epidermis – for a child suffering from Junctional EB have received funding to carry out further trials of the technique.

Amryt Pharma EASE Phase III Clinical Trial to study the efficacy and safety of Oleogel-S10 in Epidermolysis Bullosa

11 January 2018

The EASE clinical study will be performed in several countries including the UK. Two key UK sites include Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Trust. In total about 164 participants are expected to participate.
