DEBRA was proud to be invited to participate in the recent London Philanthropic Forum joining three other charities (The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, Imperial College London, and the British Library) to share experiences and ideas with the objective of helping each other to progress individual goals.

DEBRA’s Vice Chair of the Board, Carly Fields, was in attendance, alongside DEBRA President, Simon Weston CBE, and commented:

The London Philanthropic Forum provided a timely opportunity to collaborate with Lenore England’s four supported charities in the UK. The synergies we discovered during the Forum are already bearing fruit and will help us move ahead with our strategic goals, which will ultimately help those living with EB. I’m delighted that DEBRA had the opportunity to participate and grateful for the platform that Lenore gives us to fight EB.
