Healthcare professionals

As a healthcare professional you may never have treated a patient with epidermolysis bullosa (EB) and the condition could be completely new to you due to its rarity. However, resources and information are available to support you.

Find out more about the NHS commissioned EB healthcare service, and how to contact them; EB clinical practice guidelines; EB resources and training; and the role that DEBRA’s EB Community Support Team plays in supporting healthcare professionals.

If you are a healthcare professional (including paid carers) specialising in EB or working with EB patients, you can become a DEBRA UK member. Membership is free and gives you access to practical support, involvement opportunities, and events to connect with others in the EB community.
