Wisdom Wellbeing support programme
We know from the response of our members in our 2023 EB Insights Study that mental health is a priority for the EB community. We’ve funded new research, introduced new local events and online peer support sessions, and can now offer a new wellbeing support service.
All DEBRA members now have access to the Wisdom Wellbeing assistance programme. We are so pleased to be able to offer this thanks to a partnership with Health Assured, part of one of our corporate supporters, the Peninsula Group.
This programme gives you free, confidential access to expert support whenever you need it, as well as a host of other wellbeing resources and benefits.

Occupational Health Assessment
This service is available through referral. Simply get in touch with our EB Community Support Team and they’ll be able to help refer you.
This assessment will start with a confidential conversation between you and a health professional about any health concerns you have at work. The aim is to advise employers on an employee’s health and make recommendations for any reasonable adjustments that can be made in the workplace to ensure they are safe and healthy.
For EB-focused support, we’re here for you
