Your feedback is crucial to everything we do at DEBRA UK. Our information is produced with input from patients, epidermolysis bullosa (EB) specialists and professionals, including our own experienced team. We are committed to providing information that is useful, easy to understand and accurate.
We also want to ensure our variety of events are the best they can be. We will share feedback forms specific to different events on this page so you can share your thoughts and suggestions with us.
Feedback for Members’ Weekend 2025
We hope you will have had a wonderful time at Members’ Weekend this year, but please give us your honest feedback – both positive and negative – so that we can keep improving our future events. Please spare a little of your time to complete our feedback form.
We are also offering some great incentives for sharing your Members’ Weekend feedback, for both the adult and children’s survey! To be entered into our prize draw, your forms must include a full name and date of birth.
- Anyone aged 11 and over has a chance to win a £150 Love2Shop voucher (with guardian consent for under 18s).
- Children under 10 have a chance to win a copy of our comic Guardians of EverBright, signed by Tom Holland.
