These events are very popular, and places fill up fast, so we recommend booking early to secure your team of four.

For all sold out events, please contact Lynn.turner@debra.org.uk to be added to the waiting list. From time to time we have bookings cancelled, so please do get in touch so that we can add you to our waiting list. If a place becomes available, we can notify you.

While bookings are made in teams of four, individual players are very welcome! You can:

  • Join our shared list of players to connect with others and form a team.
  • Be part of our individual player pool, which we use to help teams fill vacant spots.

St. George’s Hill – 2 April 2026 – £1,600

Ranked 9th in the top 10 UK Golf Clubs, St George’s Hill (Red & Blue) Golf Club is one of the prettiest heathland courses on the Surrey sand belt. Opened for play in 1913, it is considered to be one of Harry Colt’s greatest designs, with its breathtaking panoramic views from the clubhouse and a naturally undulating landscape.

Your day includes Breakfast Rolls and coffee, 2 course lunch, and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges, our Live Auction and prizes for the winners.

Hankley Common – 21 April 2026 – £980

Our Charity golf day at Hankley Common is a popular fixture in the DEBRA Calendar. Ranked 30th in England in the Top100golfcourses, Hankley is reputed to be one of the country’s finest inland courses. A superb design over excellent terrain with Scots pines and heather flanking the fairways.

The Club House, where you will enjoy breakfast, lunch and our usual fundraising activities, such as a live auction and culminating in our prizes awarded, is also a stylish and relaxing place to start and end your day.

Your day includes Breakfast Rolls and coffee, 2 course carvery lunch, and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

  3. 14:00/14:30 – Two course carvery lunch

The Buckinghamshire – 1st June – £1,000

In association with the Duke of Edinburgh, teams play in pairs to compete for a place in the DoE World qualifiers.

The Buckinghamshire, with its magnificent recently refurbished Club House is a classy golf course. Designed by former Ryder Cup Captain John Jacobs in 1992 who said of it “I believe we have created a golf course which contains interest and beauty for golfers of all levels, providing either a challenge or a gentle walk round”.

Your day includes a Full English breakfast, Buffet style lunch, and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live VIP Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

Surbiton – 15th June – £440

Considered to be one of the best presented courses in Surrey, Surbiton origins date back to 1895 when Tom Dunn laid out the first 9 holes and two years later it was extended to 18 holes.

Your day includes 2 course lunch and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

  1. 12:00 onwards – Registration
  2. 13:00 – 8 Tee start. First group of 8 out at 13:00 and second group of 8 out at 13:10
  3. 19:00 – Two course Dinner followed by Live Auction

Little Aston  – 26th June  – £860

Little Aston, set in the heart of England is one of the highest ranked parkland courses in the country. A Harry Vardon and Harry Colt design, Little Aston will test golfers of any proficiency.

Your day includes Breakfast Rolls and coffee, 2 course lunch, and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

Woburn – 11th August – £1400

Ranked 48 in the top100golfcourses.com and host of many major tournaments over the years including the British Master and English Open Woburn offers players the chance to play on the Marquess’s Course, one of the three championship courses, and enjoy their stylish clubhouse and excellent hospitality.

Swinley Forest  – 20th August – £1600

Ranked 5th in the top UK courses, Swinley Forest is a charming golf course set on the famous Surrey/Berkshire sand belt.  Opened in 1909 and designed by Harry Colt, who very modestly described it as his ‘least bad’, Swinley is exclusive, unusual and totally eccentric.

Your day includes Breakfast Rolls and coffee, non-competitive morning foursomes followed by a 4-course carvery lunch. Afternoon competition four balls, afternoon tea and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

  1. 07:00   Registration with Coffee & Bacon Rolls
  2. 08:00   Morning tees from 1st & 10th tee (Foursomes and non-competitive) Morning golf is optional as a warm up for the afternoon competition

JCB – 3rd September – £2800

JCB is on the bucket list for many golfers, so we are delighted to offer this opportunity to play here.

New Zealand  – 24th September  – £840

Established over 130 years ago and currently ranked 54th in England, New Zealand Golf Club is a serene and prestigious private members’ club nestled in the heart of Surrey. Designed by Samuel Mure Fergusson, a two-time Amateur Championship runner-up, the course offers a peaceful oasis for golf enthusiasts.

New Zealand has been a fixture in the DEBRA Golf Society Calendar since its inception — a testament to its enduring charm and challenge.

Your day includes Breakfast Rolls and coffee, 3 course lunch, and the chance to enter our fundraising activities including on course Challenges and our Live Auction. There are also prizes for the winners.

Royal Birkdale 1st October  – £2000

Situated on the Golden Links of the North West Coast in Southport, Royal Birkdale is possibly the finest of all courses in England and has hosted the Open 10 times.

The 154th Open will take place at Royal Birkdale in 2026, so this is your chance to play where champions compete including Tiger Woods who said of Royal Birkdale   “ I love this course because it’s extremely difficult, but it’s fair, because all the trouble is right in front of you”

It is expected that this event will be very popular, so we advise that you book early to secure your place.

West Lancashire – £940

We are delighted to add West Lancs to our Golf Society schedule for 2026, especially as many of you may will be playing at the neighbouring Royal Birkdale.

Founded in 1873 in Blundellsands Liverpool, West Lancs features in the top 100 golf clubs and is among the ten oldest clubs in England. This coastal course boasts one of the most natural and testing links found anywhere in the British Isles.

Your day will include competition golf from 10:30am followed by a buffet style dinner. There will be prizes for the winners.

  2. 10:30 – 12:36 – Tee times.
  3. 16:00 – Buffet style rolling dinner.
  4. 17:00 – Presentation to the winners.

The Berkshire  – 16th October  – £1600

The Berkshire Golf Club is indeed a prestigious venue, with its rich history combined with Herbert Fowler’s masterful design. Playing on the Red Course ranked 57th in UK & Ireland by Golf Monthly, with its pine and heather-lined fairways and the classic challenges of traditional British golf architecture, it offers a memorable experience for any golfer.

  2. 10:00 – Shotgun start on Red Course
  3. 14:00 – Pre-lunch drinks in the main bar
  4. 15:00 – Carvery lunch, Live auction and prize giving.

Bearwood Lakes – £1,140

Predominantly designed for members, having access to this magnificent course in its natural beauty, makes this a very special and unique experience.

Dan, from Pantheon, who attended last year, said:

“We had a fantastic charity golf day at the stunning Bearwood Lakes Golf Club in support of DEBRA. From the beautiful setting to the outstanding hospitality, the day exceeded all expectations (other than my quality of golf) and most importantly, helped raise vital funds for those living with Epidermolysis Bullosa. Thank you to the owners, club and most importantly DEBRA for putting on a great event.”
