Double the distance for EB: Graeme Souness to take on his biggest challenge yet!

Did you catch us on BBC Breakfast this morning? DEBRA UK Vice-President Graeme Souness CBE announced that he’s diving back into the water for his biggest challenge yet – doubling the distance he’s taken on before by swimming the English Channel there and back, to raise funds for those living with EB.

Joining him was Isla Grist, who bravely shared her personal journey of living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), giving viewers a glimpse into the daily struggles of those affected by this rare and painful skin condition.

Dr Anna Martinez, a leading expert in Paediatric Dermatology, also joined the conversation, stressing the importance of drug repurposing and how critical continued fundraising efforts are for finding new treatments.
