DEBRA is registered under the Gambling Act 2005 with Bracknell Forest Council, licence number LN/199800915. Person responsible for the raffle: Hugh Thompson, DEBRA, The Capitol Building, Oldbury, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FZ

1. Tickets for DEBRA raffles are on sale for a limited period of time. This time period will be stated on the raffle ticket and/or on the webpage relating to the specific raffle, alongside the draw date. There may be a limited number of tickets available. In this case the maximum number of tickets available is stated on the raffle ticket and/or on the associated webpage.
2. Entry to each raffle may be made online through the purchase of tickets through the DEBRA online shop (card payment only) or by the physical sale of raffle tickets.
3. If sales of tickets do not exceed a specified number as decided by DEBRA at its full discretion, DEBRA reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund monies to those who have bought tickets.
4. Any entry fees received after the closing date of each draw will be treated as donations and will be used to support the work of DEBRA.
5. Tickets may only be purchased by persons of 16 years of age or older, irrespective of whether they are a member of DEBRA. By entering the draw entrants confirm that they are 16 years of age or older. Entrants need to confirm their name (forename and surname) and contact details during the purchase process.
6. Entrants may be required to provide a copy of their driving licence or passport if we have any doubt about their age. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 years to participate in a lottery. The Gambling Act 2005 confirms that DEBRA has a statutory duty to verify that participants are 16 years old or over. Any entrants found to be underage will have their entry invalidated.
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Prizes are non-transferable.
9. The winning tickets will be selected at random by a DEBRA representative. The winner will be notified in person (if the draw takes place at an event), or by telephone, where possible, or in writing. The winning ticket number will be available on request from DEBRA, The Capitol Building, Oldbury, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FZ.
10. All profits of the raffle will be used to support the work of DEBRA.
11. DEBRA employees and trustees, employees of sponsor or partner organisations and/or immediate family members of the above are not permitted to enter the raffle.
