Holiday Homes FAQ

Do I have to go for the whole week or can I just go for a long weekend/ few days? What will the cost be?

Holiday home bookings are normally made for seven nights. However, if you wish to have a short break (outside of peak periods), please contact the DEBRA office for further advice.

Bookings of less than seven nights will be priced on a pro-rata basis.

Can we take the dog?

Dogs are only permitted in our Weymouth Red holiday home, with prior agreement from DEBRA. Additional cleaning charges will apply.

This decision has been made to protect our Members who have sensitive and serious allergies.

Do we receive any discounts/owner privileges at the parks?

Please ask at reception upon arrival.

Do we need to take our own bed linen/towels?

You will need to take bed linen and towels to all holiday homes. The amount required may vary per home – review the holiday homes feature section of the location/park you are interested in for more information.

Is there a shop on site?

Not all parks have shops located on site. Please see park websites for further information. 

Can we check in earlier/check out later?

If, due to circumstances out of your control, you need to change either check in or check out times please contact the DEBRA office as soon as possible. We will then liaise with the park concerned to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

Is there free WiFi at the holiday home?

WiFi is available in all communal park areas. Depending on the strength of the provider’s signal, this may be reached in the holiday home but cannot be guaranteed.
